We will deliver to a home/office address only and will not entertain P.O. Box address. Delivery is usually within 7-21 business days. Business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as business days.
Depending on the mode of payment chosen, we will dispatch your order in the earliest possible time once full payment has been received into our account.
Due care will be taken while packaging your order, however if the received item is found to have defects caused by the manufacturer, we will replace the said item with another similar item. If the said item is out of stock, we can arrange for a refund or replace it with another similarly-priced product of your choice. However, customers must bear the postage (if any) of the returned item and we will bear the cost of the postage (if any) for the replacement item.
Do note that this policy does not cover defects caused by customer’s own negligence or products that have already been opened, worn, washed or written on. All returned items must be returned within 3 days upon receipt and the said item must be in its original packaging.
As we do carry stocks in our premise, we do not resell items returned to us. Therefore we are unable to entertain exchange if a buyer chooses an item that he/she decides it was not to his/her likings. Buyers are advised to ensure that the item is what he/she wanted before confirming the purchase as all sales are final. No refunds or exchange will be entertained except when the said item is out of stock. Customers will be notified to either choose for a refund or do a backorder if the said item is out of stock.

of our products will be shipped directly from our distributor's
warehouse based in the United Sates. Unfortunately, the carrier used is NOT able to provide order tracking nor insurance.
